Good decision-making in our professional and private lives requires strong critical thinking skills.  This course introduces the latest critical thinking techniques used extensively in the U.S. government and academia.  Learn how to conduct in-depth thinking required to make better decisions.  Topics include assessing information, points of view, assumptions, developing alternative solutions, and selecting the best solution for your problem or situation.  Class discussions and exercises allow students to practice and master critical thinking skills.
