What near-by skirmishes and battles helped shape the final course of the Yorktown Campaign? Was biological warfare attempted near Williamsburg in 1781? What were Williamsburg’s connections with the Virginia State Navy and the war at sea? What medical role did Williamsburg play? This lecture will address each of these questions and potentially provide new insight into local history.
