In a previous semester, we discussed how various groups and advertisers craft messages to evoke emotions and influence behavior. This lecture we will take a deeper look at personal relationships, exploring ways we can learn to take actions and use words to help, even in the most difficult situations. We’ll discuss specific scenarios in which listening, speaking, and actions can greatly shape the outcome to promote healing, avoid hurt feelings, diminish selfishness, and bridge divides. We’ll also learn ten things you should never say. Join this fun and positive session; You can change the lives of many for the better, simply with your words and actions.
