Stepping outside your comfort zone may keep you sharp. Many Americans are worried about brain health, especially if they have loved ones with memory loss, Alzheimer’s disease, or dementia. While research is not yet conclusive, certain lifestyle choices, such as physical activity and diet, may help support brain health and prevent Alzheimer's.
