Estate Planning for Modern Times

This course will explore a variety of estate planning topics, with a particular focus on issues that are unique to modern times, such as
planning for blended families, and digital assets. Additional topics will include the difference between wills and revocable living
trusts, the consequences of failure to plan, and the impact of changes to federal estate tax law on estate planning documents.
