Citizen Scholars: How Historians Do History

 In this course, the instructor will lead a hands-on session that will explore how historians engage in scholarly work through research, writing, presentation, and publication using primary sources such as online and physical archives and artifacts. The session will show how historians use evidence from primary sources to explore the geographic depth and breadth of "Vast Early America"—encompassing four centuries and four continents.
