Join a group of like-minded companions as we explore journaling as a spiritual practice for growth and discovery. Over three sessions
we’ll explore various methods of journaling, its application to healing and health and ways to connect mind and body to facilitate our
expression. Each session will include 30 minutes of facilitated writing/journaling exercises with prompts and springboards to inspire ongoing
engagement with your thoughts, words, and ideas.
