Taijiquan and Qigong for Health and Well-Being

Qigong (energy work) is sometimes referred to as Chinese yoga. Taijiquan is a Chinese martial art that focuses on energy, posture, balance and breathing and is a form of qigong. Both are based in Chinese philosophy and medicine. We will briefly review some classical Chinese philosophers and concepts that all come together in moving meditations aimed at enhancing harmony and balance physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. We will practice simple easily learned forms.
