Feelings or emotions are non-logical statements of how we are feeling about matters. Values are our preferences or what is important to us in life. Both come from within us and are caused by ourselves—not by others as believed. How the human brain works, especially perception loops; six different ways we structure time and/or human relationships and receive a primer on how we feel, value and think. You will experience theoretical content and meet up to 25 people who may already be in your lives.
