Q: I tried to create a new login profile but it says I already have one.
A: If you think that the similar profile shown is yours then select login. If you have forgotten your password, click "Forgot Your Password?" button and follow the instructions. If you have never created an account before, then click the "Continue" button to create a new profile.
Q: I forgot my password, and I am having trouble creating a new one. Why won’t it accept my new password?
A: When creating a new password it must be a minimum of 8 characters and include upper and lower case and a number. Or, single case (all lower or upper), and a number, and symbol.
Q: I have logged into my profile but I do not see any classes to select for the upcoming semester. How do I get access to the classes?
A: After logging in you must first purchase a new membership for the new semester, then you will have access to view and request courses. Click "Browse" then "Membership" to pay and proceed with your registration.
Q: I only requested for 3 courses. How can I request more courses?
A: You can log in at any time to request or register for more courses up to the 8 course limit.
Q: A course that I wanted to take is full. How can I put my name on a wait list?
A: During the course request period, if you are not assigned a seat for a requested course, you will automatically be placed on the wait list. After the course request period you can add yourself to the wait list by searching for the course then click on "Add to Waitlist". You will be notified if a seat becomes available. Until you receive notification from CWA staff, you may not attend classes for which you have been wait listed.
Q: I found out I can’t take one of the courses I already registered for. How do I drop a class?
A: If you need to drop a course before it begins, please do so by notifying the Osher office at 221-1506.
Q: I’ve already registered and I’ve decided I can’t take any classes with Osher this semester. How do I get a refund?
A: Contact the Osher office before the first day of the semester (in the spring the Monday after MLK Day or in the fall, the Monday after Labor Day). No refunds are given after classes begin.
Q: I thought I registered, but I never received a confirmation email? What should I do?
A: Contact the Osher office at 221-1506.
